NIrV Journal the Word Bible for Girls Review

I was blessed to receive the “NIrV Journal the Word Bible for Girls: My First Bible for Tracing Verses, Journaling, and Creating Art” for free as a member of the Bible Gateway Blogger Grid.  NIrVJournal the Word Bible For Girls I was eager to get a glance at this Bible because I am a grandmother to a 6-year-old girl and had wanted to find an age-appropriate Bible for her. This Bible is so pretty and feminine on the outside; perfect for a young girl. The NIrV translation is wonderful for young readers and the traceable verses are so much fun for my sweet granddaughter who loves to draw! This Bible will encourage and motivate young girls to read their Bibles and is a great first step in Scripture memorization and study. If I have any complaint, it would be there are no cross-references but I’m not sure a young girl would use them anyway. I believe the NIrV Journal the Word Bible is a great first Bible for young readers and students of Scripture. I highly recommend it!
